Recruitment
Emblem Guide
The Kriegsmarine uses emblems to identify divisions and rank class. We use Clan Tags to identify individual rank.
If the Top Bar on the emblem is White, it signifies that the member is one of the Generals.
If the Top Bar on the emblem is Grey, it signifies that the member is an Officer.
If the Top Bar on the emblem is missing, it means that the member is a recruit.
Armor Guide
In the Kriegsmarine, there are no uniforms. However, we use armor colors to determine divisions. All Non-Commissioned Officers wear White as a primary color. The division officer chooses your secondary color.
Example: Corporal US Army 56 is in Division Bravo, Platoon 2. His primary color is White. His secondary color is Maroon. His service tag reads CPL2.
Officers wear Black as a primary color.

Getting Recruited
In the Kriegsmarine, there are no restrictions to who may or may not join. We allow you all. However, if there is one single offense, or the leaders believe you don't belong here, then you will be demoted or booted out.

Post-Recruitment
Once a recruiter has notified you that you have been accepted, you will begin basic training with one or more Officer trainer. The trainings you will go through are simple shooting trainings. Then you will meet with your instructor on what division you will join.
Regulations During Training
Regulations During Training
- Always say "Yes sir" or "No sir" when you are given an order.
- You are expected to show your full attention to your fellow recruits, sergeants, or officers.
- Members can be put on probation for un-orderly conduct and possibly isolated from the clan or kicked from it.
- Always put forward your best effort during training and actual combat such as listening and being ready for the next set of orders.
- If you void the regulation system or rules you will simply be kicked, if you are kicked more than twice you will be put on probation.
Divisions and Platoons
Once you are done with you drill instructor, you will meet with the division leader that you have been assigned to. He will choose a platoon for you to join. There will be many members of the same rank as you, so there will be little rank diversity, an important thing for low-ranking members.
Ranking Up
In order for you to rank up, you must complete your rank up requirements. Then, on any Friday, you must contact KM Bismarck, Director of Rank Advancement, and he will see if you deserve your rank.
The more you rank up, the more platoon options you will have. With each rank-up, you are given a new training, which allows you to change your platoon to something more organized and efficient. You may choose to stay in any platoon that you want to be in, but you gain more opportunities in platoons that have controlled numbers.

Officers
Kriegsmarine Officers are the most useful people in the clan. They exist to make clan life a little easier and less confusing. If you ever have any problems, you contact anyone who has the first bar on their emblem colored white. They help settle conflicts between members, help with rank advancements, and provide any additional trainings that you might want, providing you have the rank.
To become an officer, you must reach the rank of Sergeant First Class. See the description for SGT1 in the Ranks page.

Recruit Reputation Act:
If a recruit's enlistment form lists five or more previous clans, the leaders of these clans may be contacted and questioned on the recruit's reputation. If the recruit's behavior and demeanor are acceptable and do not raise caution, the clan leaders may not be contacted. Recruits that were previous Kriegsmarine members may also not be questioned.
