Ranks
This ranking system is the foundation for all ranks within the clan. All members of the clan is issued a Clan rank, which can be advanced by the Director of Rank Advancement every Wednesday. If you qualify for a rank advancement, contact the Director and he will decide if you have fulfilled the requirements.
Director Ranks
The Directors are voted into their position by the Government. Each director serves a three-month term, and can be reelected any number of times.
Director of Recruitment: DR
One of the six directors is Director of Recruitment, the one responsible for finding and recruiting new members. The Director of Recruitment is the head of the Department of Recruiting: he organizes the entire Department in its processes and its members.
Director of Assimilation: DA
One of the six directors is the Director of Recruit Assimilation. He controls the training of recruits and their general assimilation into the clan, such as assigning the recruit to a division and providing the necessary trainings to rank up to PVT3. He doesn't do it himself, but controls and trains the people who do.
Director of Rank Advancement: DRA
One of the six Directors is the Director of Rank Advancement. He controls the rank structure of the clan: at the Friday meetings, he issues rank advancements. He is responsible on keeping records of all clan members. He is the only one who can issue rank advancements.
Director of Internal Affairs: DIA
One of the six Directors is the Director of Internal Affairs. He controls the Department of Internal Affairs, which deals with discipline within the clan, as well as National Guard teams to crush rebellions. He is responsible for selecting a Court, which decides the fate of any offender. He is also responsible for setting up, maintaining, and training teams of enlisted guards.
Director of Foreign Affairs: DFA
One of the six Directors is the Director of Foreign Affairs. He heads all council discussions based on any form of foreign engagement, such as a clan Alliance, or a clan war. He is also the chief ambassador to any clan, ally or enemy, and is responsible for representing the Kriegsmarine in any supranational organization event, such as a meeting between multiple allied clans. He is also responsible for all Kriegsmarine ambassadors to other clans, and personally meets with any foreign ambassador.
Director of Military Forces: DM
One of the six Directors is the Director of Military Forces. He is the supreme leader of all forms of military organizations in the Kriegsmarine, and gives commands to the Division leaders.

Officers
Here are the ranks of the Officers and their requirements:
Warrant Officer: WO The rank of Warrant Officer has no requirements, other than the officer requirements. Warrant Officers gain an apprenticeship with another officer for at least two weeks. Lieutenant Grade 2: LT2 The rank of Lieutenant Grade 2 is earned by serving as a Warrant Officer for at least two weeks. LT2's are allowed the privilege to hold weekly clan meetings. This isn't mandatory, but it adds credit if you hold one. LT2's can serve as advisers to division leaders, but not as actual personnel. Lieutenant Grade 1: LT1 The rank of Lieutenant Grade 1 is earned by serving as an LT2 for at least two weeks. LT1's are given the option to be a base commander, controlling all aspects of its operations and its personnel. LT1's can serve as advisers to division leaders, but not as actual personnel. Captain: CPT The rank of Captain is earned by serving as an LT1 for at least two weeks. CPT's are allowed to become clan recruiters or trainers, recruiting people through the Youtube channel, or through meeting them. The only trainings you need are trainer trainings, only given out by the Recruitment General. Major: MAJ The rank of Major is earned by serving as a Captain for at least two weeks. MAJ's are able to lead their own division of 24 people. Lieutenant Colonel: LTC The rank of Lieutenant Colonel is earned by serving as a Major for at least three weeks. Once one becomes a Major, they are allowed to apply to become a Council member. Colonel: COL The rank of Colonel is earned by serving as a Lieutenant Colonel for at least four weeks. Colonel's are able to lead divisions of 32 people, the most allowed to be in a single division. |
Enlisted Ranks
Recruit: RCT
The Recruit is the first rank in the clan, and therefore has no requirements to join. He is not yet assigned to a platoon, but his choice is acknowledged. He may attend meetings, but any action against the clan will result in immediate execution. Private Third Class: PVT3 To earn this rank, one must serve as a Recruit for at least two weeks, and play five matchmaking games with someone of a higher rank. You must also have completed recruitment trainings. The PVT3 can only be assigned to a platoon of eight people. If the PVT3 has a positive K/D, then he may apply for an advanced six-man platoon. Private Second Class: PVT2 To earn the rank of PVT2, you must have served as a PVT3 for at least two weeks, played at least five games with your platoon (leader). You must have also be able to follow simple orders given by a superior rank, such as Stop, Go, Forward, Silence, etc. PVT2's may serve in an eight-man platoon or a seven man platoon. If the PVT2 has a positive K/D, he may apply to sign on to an advanced five-man platoon. Private First Class: PVT1 To earn the rank PVT1, you must have served as a PVT2 for at least two weeks, participate in at least five more platoon games, and demonstrate precision small-arms firing capabilities, such as proficiency with the DMR, Magnum, and Assault Rifle (and their covenant counterparts). A PVT1 can be placed in a 6-8 man platoon. If the PVT1 has a positive K/D, then he can join an advanced 5-man platoon. Corporal: CPL The rank of CPL requires service as a PVT1 for at least two weeks, as well as participating in at least five games with your platoon. Corporals must also complete basic vehicular pilot and combat trainings. CPL's can be placed in 5-8 man platoons, or, if the CPL has a positive K/D, an advanced four-man platoon. Corporals can also serve as personnel in a military base, but must complete trainings according to the base. Sergeant: SGT To become a Sergeant, you must have served as a Corporal for at least two weeks, played five games with your platoon, and have completed basic tactical combat trainings, such as troop and support mobilization and strategy. SGT's can serve in platoons of 4-8 men, and if the SGT has a positive K/D, may serve in an advanced three-man platoon. Once one becomes a Sergeant, he may apply to an officer for advanced leadership training, but must meet certain trust and loyalty criteria. Staff Sergeant: SSGT To become a Staff Sergeant, you must serve as a Sergeant for at least three weeks, play at least 8 games of matchmaking with your platoon, and complete basic leadership training. Once one becomes an SSGT, he may apply for any Advanced Trainings taught by an officer. SSGT's can join any basic platoon available to him, and can also lead a four-man platoon. If the SSGT has a positive K/D, he may apply to any Advanced platoon, and lead an Advanced four-man platoon. This is the first step towards a position of leadership; it is not for the light-hearted. Sergeant First Class: SGT1 To become a Sergeant First Class, you must serve as a Staff Sergeant for at least three weeks. SGT1's can join any basic platoon available to him, and can also lead a 4-5 man platoon. If the SSGT has a positive K/D, he may apply to any Advanced platoon, and lead an Advanced 4-5 man platoon. The rank of SGT1 also allows you to apply for officership, but you must have passed Advanced Leadership training, and have a K/D of 0.75 or greater. Master Sergeant: MSGT To become a Master Sergeant, you must serve as a Sergeant First Class for at least three weeks. The MSGT must complete advanced vehicle training to earn the rank. MSGT's can join any basic platoon available to him, and can also lead a 4-6 man platoon. If the MSGT has a positive K/D, he may apply to any Advanced platoon, and lead an Advanced 4-6 man platoon. Sergeant Major: SGM To become a Sergeant Major, you must serve as a Master Sergeant for at least three weeks. SGM's can join any basic platoon available to him, and can also lead a 4-7 man platoon. If the SSGT has a positive K/D, he may apply to any Advanced platoon, and lead an Advanced 4-7 man platoon. Command Sergeant Major: CSGM To become a Command Sergeant Major, you must serve as a Sergeant Major for at least four weeks. CSGM's can join any basic platoon available to him, and can also lead a 4-8 man platoon. If the CSGM has a positive K/D, he may apply to any Advanced platoon, and lead an Advanced 4-8 man platoon. This is the final enlisted rank. If you choose to lead an eight-man platoon, remember that it is Your responsibility to make sure that they behave. |
